This original painting started off differently (see the video posted on the second slide). Originally it was meant to be a “gay awakening” painting, but I added some colors I didn’t like, and eventually threw it into a pile. A pile of paintings I’ve started but never finished. Years later I’ve brought it back to life.
I added modeling paste for extra texture. Using some special metallic paint, along with acrylic paint. I added an isolation coat AND varnished it. I LOVE how it came out. A fun mixed media piece. ❣️

This piece is on a professional grade, light weight, and sturdy canvas. 3/4" thickness. 10" by 8" inches. It has a beautiful satin finish which is why it appears reflective in some photos.
